My integrative approach uses a range of ideas and methods which I’ve practised for over 20 years, including CBT, EMDR (a method for addressing past trauma and its effects on the brain), mindfulness and animal-assisted therapy.
I take a non-judgemental attitude to mental health and treat everyone as equals. When we work together, we’re in this together. I value the trust you’re placing in me and will do everything I can to earn that
trust with valuable insights, an empathic heart, and a compassionate approach to the realities of life.
