More about Sangita
You might have a specific problem such as anxiety, depression or relationship difficulties that you want to talk about; you might not know exactly what is wrong and just have a feeling that things aren't quite as they should be and that you would like to take some time to understand yourself better.
You don’t have to be an unusual person with an unusual problem to benefit from counselling or psychotherapy.
In our sessions we will look at patterns of behaviour, difficult feelings and links with the past. As well as exploring your conscious thoughts, we will pay attention to some of the unconscious processes that may be contributing to any difficulties. This process can bring about change that will help you to lead a life that feels more meaningful and fulfilled.
I have experience of working with a broad range of issues including addiction. I also work with those who have become caught up in the criminal justice or mental health systems.
My approach is broadly psychoanalytic and I am registered with the BPC, BACP and with UKCP. I am a member of the Guild of Psychotherapists.
Sangita offers video calls via Skype
. Sessions will begin by phone, and you will then be offered the choice to switch to a video call.
