Choosing your therapist
It's as simple as choosing someone you like the look of. Don't worry too much about the type of therapy - most have trained in different areas and will adjust according to your needs.
If you find during your first session that your therapist isn't a great match, try another - your first choice won't be offended as they all understand that sometimes people don't click!
Just go with your gut - there's no long-term commitment.
