More about Charlotte
I have over 15 years experience working in a variety of settings including NHS, private practice and various organisations in the UK and Spain.
In our work together, my aim is to support you to explore ways to make the changes in your life and gain a greater understanding of yourself, your relationships, your emotions, subsequent behaviours and difficulties in finding a way forward that works positively for you. One that will allow you to look to the future with hope.
I take a holistic approach when working with clients rather than focusing just on a symptom or presenting issue. I take into consideration all aspects that relate to being human in terms of emotional, mental, physical, spiritual and social elements as difficulties manifest themselves on different levels.
I support people with a vast range of issues from, alcohol and drug dependency, relationship difficulties, diversity and sexual identity, abuse, trauma, PTSD, illness, anxiety, depression, parenting concerns, loneliness, shame, guilt or a current crisis. Whatever difficulties you may be experiencing I welcome clients from all backgrounds, ethnicities, genders, religions and sexual orientations, offering a safe, empathic and confidential space for you to explore openly and without judgement.
I am accredited with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I am fully insured and have regular supervision and abide by the ethical guidelines of UKCP.
Charlotte offers video calls via Zoom
